Signing on procedure:
Make sure you take your driving licence and cash for signing on.
1) After your car has been safety checked, walk over to the signing on office at the side of the staging lanes.
2) Present your driving licence and Signing on fee to the staff in the signing on office.
3) You may now move your vehicle over to the staging lanes to join the back of the track queue.
4) Your signing on fee allows your to have unlimited runs, after your first run just join the queue.
Shakespeare County Raceway offers a great value for money and most accessible track time in the UK. Starting from £10.00 (Subject to event) admission and £20 to "sign on", you can take your car and motorcycle out on the dragstrip and test it's performance limits in a safe and legal environment.
After each run you'll receive a personal performance printout showing your reaction times at the start lights, 60ft, 330ft 1/8 mile, 1/4 mile times and terminal speed.

Venue normally opens at 3.00pm prior to the weekend event with track runs starting at 10.00am the next day.
Don't forget your driving licence! Helmets mandatory for test & tune bikes and open top cars.
Rules & Regulations.
- A full valid recognised driving licence is required to sign-on.
- All cars must have seat belts and it is mandatory to use them for your own safety.
- Helmets are mandatory for bikes and open top cars and vehicles doing 100 mph or more at the finish line. Arm straps required in open top cars.
- Bikers have to wear a crash helmet together with appropriate motorcycle riding apparel. One-piece or two-piece zip-together suits are recommended, made from suitable materials. You may be suspended from using the strip if you are not appropriately dressed.
- No Passengers are allowed on the strip. All loose items are to be removed from the inside of the car.

Please observe the following rules to ensure that your weekend and that of all our other visitors is safe and enjoyable.

- 10MPH SPEED LIMIT ON SITE
But no speed limit on the dragstrip
- Drinking water is on sale at the catering stand and water is available in the Paddock, show and shine area but not for drinking.
- No glass bottles, jars etc allowed on site.
- Please remember noise from the racing, wear ear protection at all times in close proximity of the track, especially children.
- No quad bikes, mopeds or any other unlicensed motorised vehicles are allowed on site.
- No parking on any roadway - park only in the parking areas.
- Please place your litter in the refuse sacks provided and/or in the clearly marked bins throughout Shakespeare county raceway.
- Security will be on site at all times throughout the event to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable time. Their instructions must be followed at all times.
- Shakespeare county raceway reserves the right to vary or amend these rules at any time without prior notice and to remove any visitor from site who does not observe these rules at any time without compensation.
- No fires on site
